The Protective Services “Escort” cross draw holster represents years worth of development. Cross draw as a means to carry a pistol everyday is historically very common, but not all to common in the modern world. As a method to carry we believe it is best suited to those that are required to sit a great deal of the time. If you are routinely required to sit/work in confined desk like spaces, if you drive a great deal personally or professionally this might be a method of carry solving some of the issues associated with other types of holsters. We spent a great deal of time testing this model in an effort to ensure that not only the holster but the actual method of carry met the standard we work hard to uphold. On average we found this holster only marginally slower with regard to presentation than our fastest model the EDC3 (less than a 10th of a second). With a correct presentation it is as equally safe and it is an extremely comfortable holster.
